Personal meetings with other attendees can enhance networking and collaboration opportunities at the event. Here's how you can schedule a meeting with another attendee:
Steps:
- Login to the App: Log in to the app using your credentials.
- Access Attendees: Go to the Attendee section from the side menu.
- Select Attendee: Choose the attendee you would like to meet from the list.
- Schedule Meeting:
- In the attendee's profile, find the "Let's Meet" option and click on it.
- Select your preferred date (only within event dates).
- Choose the room/table from the Meeting Room/Table option.
- Switch on the "Show My Availability Time Only" option(display only the available time for scheduling meetings).
- Select your preferred mutual timing with the attendee.
- Confirm Meeting Details: After selecting the timing, click "Next."
- Give your meeting a title and add any notes (optional).
- Click "Schedule Meeting" to confirm.
🔔All scheduled meetings will be shown in the meetings feature from the side menu bar.
