Q: What happens if I save Rewards Settings but don't create any challenges?
A: Attendees still cannot see the Gamification section. The section only becomes visible once at least one challenge is active.
Q: Are Gamification Sounds enabled by default?
A: Sound settings are configured in the shared Event Settings. Check there to enable or disable audio feedback for point awards.
Q: Is Gamification available on all HOST plans?
A: Core gamification (QR challenges, leaderboard) is available on standard plans. Advanced features like Trivia and Quest (team-based) may require a higher plan. Check your plan features in the admin panel.
Q: Can I run Gamification on a virtual event?
A: Yes. Most challenge types work for virtual events. QR scanning requires attendees to have the app and a scannable QR code. For virtual events, QR codes can be embedded in digital materials or screens.
